It can be solved with CRISPR gene editing technique, but it's still work in progress. The humanity is unfortunately still not there yet. We absolutely need to invest more money, time and effort into solving the issue of replacing damaged human tissue and organs with an artificial replacement.

Is it a good thing to test drugs intended for humans on 3D printed tissues?
Yes - 3D printed human tissues can provide more physiologically relevant drug responses than animal models while reducing ethical concerns and potentially increasing predictive accuracy for human outcomes.
