HN has some of the best discussions on the internet, but I don’t love reading 100 comments to find 10 great insights.
This site analyzes top HN threads with LLMs and summarizes the key ideas, disagreements, and resources — while preserving links to the original discussion.
Useful for revisiting old threads as well.
Updated daily, manual-assisted for quality, no spam, fan project only.

Interesting to see the edge cases, like "Tell HN: Happy New Year": https://hn-discussions.top/happy-new-year-2025/
Basically everyone just saying "Happy New Year" so it's fun to see how the LLM tries to interpret that. For example, my comment was summarized as: "gratitude – celebratory – looking forward: celebratory greeting for the new year"

And yes, I was sceptical too on this particular thread related to new year since I guessed most of the comments would be similar. But LLM's does show creativity in their interpretitions.
I absolutely loved working on this one. My first big LLM token crunching project :)
