'xAI sued the state in December. It argued the law violated its free-speech rights under the U.S. Constitution and would force the company to reveal trade secrets about how its AI models are trained'
The law is not about training but what data is used. When you think about it, every other sector has to do this. E.g. the food industry has to declare exactly what they put in their sussages.
Apples to oranges? I dont know
Gonna get real rough for elon when it comes to light what was intentionally included in the image data. If you've ever tried to get a image gen model to produce a centaur, you'll know they suck at under-represented concepts. So it makes you wonder, why does elons ai platform do so well with generating csam? Though I guess with the epstine files out elons nonce-status is less of a conspiracy level statement.
ah bloody hell, it's 10 past 9 on a saturday, my fault for reading the internet.
All the people associated with Epstein should be in the Hague in front of a judge.
